Last week was my first week in UK, I felt very excited. And everything so far was pretty great, especially my tutors and my classmates, they all amazing and friendly. They are Vishal, David, Rob, James, Alison, Megan and Sally. They always try their best at making the subjects fun. I would like to send my greatest regards to their hard working at establishing a great support for new comers.

For the first lesson, it was a very good beginning for me and everything impressed me a lot. Vish asked us to create something new with the three products which we can choose them within one minute and work with our team. We need to design an unique and special product to attract our boss to invest it in a very short period like one minute as the presentation. Vish mentioned that someone might think that it is boring, however, i think it is not true, in contrast, that is a good chance for us to reflect the market needs nowadays.
By doing that, we need to consider and think about our target customers, the retail price, the selling points for the product which make it different with other products and the reasons why the values can be long lasting. I think it is very interesting and we can not only train up our creativity and presentation skills but also the teamwork spirits.
But the most important thing it's it make me think about a lot more than that. I think the education system here is totally different with my city as lessons here are more interactive and more flexible which is not just learning the knowledge from book but outside the book. As we all know, in this technology advances century ,everything changes fast and organisation's changes will directly affect their management structure. For instance, take Apple store as an example, when two years ago Steve jobs still here, he will always update some very new products or software. But the thing changed which he is not here, mobile gadgets are getting more and more similar, they don't have a big improvement which means that this industry is going down the hill.Therefore, we can clearly noticed that an organisation's structure will be affect by the changing of management levels.
But the most important thing it's it make me think about a lot more than that.
